Delivery Options

We offer free standard next working day delivery on all orders over £40 (ex VAT) that are received by 4pm and delivered to mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland. Orders placed below the value of £39.99 (ex VAT) will incur a small delivery charge of £4.99 (ex VAT). 

Please note: Supplier delivered products and other items, such as furniture orders, are delivered separately and may take a little longer to arrive.

Furniture orders/Supplier Orders

On Selected products, some furniture and storage items are delivered direct from our suppliers. These items can take a little longer to arrive – usually about 3 days, but sometimes up to 15 working days (additional delivery charges may apply to certain areas). For this type of order, our customer support team will email you with an order confirmation. In addition, for furniture orders, you will be contacted by the supplier approximately 48 hours prior to delivery. If a delivery date has been agreed but the delivery is not accepted on that date, a cancellation fee will apply.

When will my order arrive?

We use multiple delivery companies dependant upon location to deliver all of our orders within the UK. 

Some postcodes in Scotland take a little longer for us to reach and we will let you know if this is the case. Unfortunately, UK deliveries that involve a journey across water can take up to two extra days to arrive.


What time will my order arrive?

The couriers deliver all orders between 8am and 6pm.

Delayed orders

Our delivery commitment is subject to the product(s) that you ordered being in stock and us taking successful payment. Don’t worry, if we cannot ship to you right away, we will be in touch.

We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However there may be times when our courier is unable to deliver your package on time due to factors that are out of our control; for example – extreme bad weather or a broken down vehicle. We can only apologise for this and for any inconvenience caused, and we will keep you informed of the progress.
